THE "MAKING" OF AN OUTFIT

  Today's outfit of the day was summer feeling and girly. I wore a american eagle jean jacket, a american lace gray tank top, lace skirt that I made, gap navy sandals, and my favorite Tori Burch sunglasses. I take a class where we get the opportunity to make clothes and I chose to make this high low lace skirt.

For jewelry i decided to go with simple sliver with a pop of color. I wore diamond studs, my pandora charm bracelet, a ring from unknown store, and a handmade bracelet to support The Pulsera Project.

CURRENTLY LOVING

The month of April has brought so many new things into my life for the better! I thought I should share some of these things with you! I have been loving the Kate Spade cobble hill little curtis bag that was gifted to me at the beginning of the month(which I have used everyday that it has been in my possession). Clif bars are the bomb! Chocolate chip and blueberry crisp are my favorites. A list of things to better yourself because let's be honest we can all do a little work on ourselves sometimes. Last would be the beach! Spring break brought me the full time of relaxation I needed! Can't wait for summer to stay on the coast again!

MARCH FAVORITES-PERFECT FINDS FOR SPRING

This month I have been very into John Green books. An Abundance of Katherines is the second book of John Green's I have read. The first being the Fault in Our Stars. The way he writes makes you feel like a friend is telling you the story and you can just hear the characters as they laugh and cry. Another thing I have been very into during March have been JCrew's toothpick jeans and jewelry. I live closer to a JCrew factory store then to a main store(which is probably good for my wallet) but that means I tend to just buy essentials from their factory store such as jeans, shorts, etc... I endlessly recommend their toothpick jeans! They are skinny but with enough room to actually move. The length is my favorite part though. I have longer legs but I like to be able to cuff my jeans at the bottom and these are perfect to cuff but aren't too long that they touch the ground. I feel in love right when I saw these coral flower jcrew earrings! I already know the perfect outfit for spring break to wear this bling with. Last was a new find, a magazine called DASH, about fashion and other countries. Something very exotic and different that caught my attention that a very much enjoyed reading! I encourage everyone to go find something new because you never know... you might like it!

SICK DAY THERAPY

We all get sick and what do we want to do most? Sit in our nice warm bed and sleep until we can wake up feeling better but as we all know... sleeping the day away means for a restless night! Here's what my nightstand looks like when I'm sick(right now). Current book I'm reading-State of Wonder by Ann Patchett, Vaseline(lifesaver for a running nose), box of Kleenex, water from my favorite cup and my laptop to watch netflix! The best thing to make a girl feel better is pampering herself! I always enjoying taking a nice warm bubble bath with any of the Lush bath bombs or painting my nails. Whatever you do... Let yourself relax and don't stress about what being sick is holding you back from and just remember that you'll be better before you know it! I know this wasn't exactly my best post but I've been feeling alittle under weather lately and haven't been able to post anything else! Will try to do a Valentines Day outfit idea and outfits of the week soon!!

BEJEWELED BY C. WONDER

Beyond happy with my purchases from C Wonder. Yesterday my friends and I decided to go on a road trip to go to some of our favorite stores. This was my first time being able to go into a C. Wonder store. If you ever get the opportunity I highly suggest you take a look inside! It's on the pricey side but they were having a huge 50% sale! There clothes are worth the price because the quality is amazing! Just make sure the clothes you purchase from there are versatile and fit you right as with all other expensive brands. This January, C. Wonder definitely charmed it's way into my closet!
